A filled PDF form is still editable — the values live in interactive fields that anyone can change or clear. Flattening bakes those values into the page as ordinary content, so the document looks the same but is fixed in place. Can I still edit the values afterwards?
No — that is the point. Once flattened, the values are part of the page. Keep your original if you may need to change them later.
